Why go to a Chiropractor?

Most often, people initially seek out a Chiropractor because they have experienced some kind of setback physically, that has resulted in pain, reduced movement or an inability to go about their normal activities.  Either they have lifted something incorrectly,  moved in a particular way that caused pain or had a bingle during sports or exercise.  There are also people who have just developed uncomfortable symptoms over time, not really knowing what has gone wrong.

Often these pain causing incidents are actually "the straw that broke the camels back" and the underlying problem is actually a body trying to function and deal with our every day stresses, while being unbalanced and in a weakend position.  Over time, this musculoskeletal imbalance can contribute to compensations and over use syndromes.

Add in emotional and chemical stress and you have a body that just gives up!

Symptoms such as pain, headaches, weakness, pins & needles, dizziness and generally feeling off could all indicate a spinal imbalance.

Chiropractic is a health care discipline based on the scientific premise that the body is a self-regulating, self-healing organism. These important functions are controlled by the brain, spinal cord, and all the nerves of the body.

Chiropractic care aims to restore mobility and the good function to your musculoskeletal & nervous systems.
